Eternal Sky

I can see two souls floating through the air, Loving doves seeming like an ordinary pair.

You can almost see all the emotions they both must beautifully share. Although one mates’ death just seems- so unfair.

The heart and soul of this lonely dove sadly starts to tear. This unbearable pain this creature cannot bear. Into the skies it slowly stares- Watching others floating off in pairs.

While the lonely soul starts to die, he thinks of his mate and starts to cry. One of these days he will once again fly.

Along side his mate- In these eternal skies. They fly and they sing; A beautiful sight. And every day together they take flight. Almost like two tangled kits.

Together their love so graceful with life in this one and only eternal blue sky.
